October 11 Vendor Options
Because October 11 is a newly added date and was not part of the original 2026 Fair schedule, new Terms & Conditions will apply to all vendors who choose to transfer their space to October 11.
Under the original 2026 Terms & Conditions, if the September 20 rain date was canceled due to inclement weather, vendors could either transfer their full fee to the 2027 Annual Fair with a guaranteed space or request a 50% refund.
Because we recognize that the new October date may not work for everyone, each vendor will now have three options:
A. Join Us on October 11
Your full 2026 vendor fee and space will be transferred to the October 11 Fair. Because October 11 is the final date, if the Fair cannot be held due to inclement weather or other circumstances beyond our control, no refund, transfer or future credit will be available.
B. Transfer to the 2027 Annual Fair
Your full 2026 vendor fee will be transferred to the 2027 Annual Fair. You will receive guaranteed acceptance and a vendor space. The Terms & Conditions established for the 2027 Annual Fair will apply.
C. Request a 50% Refund
In accordance with the original 2026 Terms & Conditions, you may request a refund of 50% of your 2026 vendor fee. If you select this option, your participation in the 2026 Fair will end. You would need to submit a new application if you wish to participate in the 2027 Annual Fair, and acceptance and space would not be guaranteed.
What Happens Next
The Babylon Beautification Society will contact all vendors directly regarding their vendor space agreement and to obtain their selection from the three options above. Please do not submit a request until you receive those instructions from us.
Please Note
We will not be accepting new vendors for the October 11, 2026 Fair.
Vendor spaces may not be transferred, assigned, or given to another vendor for either the 2026 or 2027 Annual Fair.
Vendors choosing to participate on October 11 will be subject to the Terms & Conditions established for October 11, 2026 noted above.
Vendors choosing to transfer the fee to 2027 will be subject to the Terms & Conditions established for 2027.
