The information below contains important details regarding your vendor space, setup, parking, and participation in the Annual Fair. Please retain this information for reference on the day of the fair.

VENDOR MAP & DIRECTORY

Vendor Space Logistics

Your assigned space is included in your vendor listing in the directory.
You may only set up in your assigned space. Your space number will be marked on the ground. Do not set up outside your assigned space.
You may not move, exchange, or relocate your assigned space without authorization from a Babylon Beautification Society event official.
Setup may begin at 5:00 a.m. All vendors must be fully set up and ready by 7:30 a.m.
Setup is permitted only on the morning of the fair.
The fair ends at 5:00 p.m. Vendors may not begin breaking down before 5:00 p.m.
All space assignments are final. If you encounter a problem with your assigned space during setup, please contact a fair official before making any changes.

Fair officials will be on-site to assist you.

Weather Notification

There is no rain date for the October 11, 2026 event.

Please check your email, the Babylon Beautification Society website, and our Facebook page for any important weather or event updates.

Important Information

Vendors may only sell or display the products and merchandise disclosed in their application and approved by the Babylon Beautification Society. Vendors selling prohibited, unapproved, or misrepresented merchandise may be removed from the fair.
If you believe another vendor is selling merchandise that does not comply with the event requirements, please let us know immediately and provide the vendor space number so we can investigate. Please report those vendors here.
All vendor spaces are 10′ × 10′. All merchandise, displays, tables, chairs, signs, equipment, and other materials must remain entirely within your assigned space.
Do not place merchandise, displays, chairs, or other items in sidewalks, pathways, walkways, adjacent grass areas, or between vendor spaces.
Vendors are not permitted to alter, trim, cut, or damage any tree, shrub, landscaping, or other park property.
Vendor spaces are non-transferable and cannot be sold, transferred, assigned, or given to another vendor.
Gas-powered generators are prohibited. Electricity and Wi-Fi are not provided.
Vendors must follow the directions of Babylon Beautification Society event officials and Village of Babylon Code Enforcement officials.

Conduct & Behavior

We expect all vendors to act professionally and treat other vendors, visitors, volunteers, and event personnel in a courteous and respectful manner.

Vendors who engage in inappropriate or disruptive behavior, fail to follow event requirements, or fail to comply with the directions of event officials may be removed from the fair without a refund and prohibited from participating in future Babylon Beautification Society events.

Smoking and vaping are prohibited on the event grounds.

Unloading, Loading & Parking

The Argyle Park parking lot will be closed to vehicles because it is being used for vendor spaces. Vehicles will not be permitted to enter this area for loading, unloading, or parking. Vendors may not drive, park, load, or unload on any grass area. Vendors may not park or unload around the Village Gazebo or at Bayman Park.

We strongly recommend that you begin unloading before 6:00 a.m.

Loading/Unloading Times

Before 7:30 a.m. and after 5:00 p.m. only.

Loading and unloading are limited to 15 minutes per vendor.

Loading/Unloading Zones

Westbound lane of Montauk Highway at the fair site.

Eastbound lane of Trolley Line Road.

There is no loading or unloading on any grass area.

Parking

Do not park in the Babylon Masonic Lodge parking lot at 250 West Main Street. This is private property, and vehicles parked there will be ticketed by Village of Babylon Code Enforcement.

Public parking is available at the Long Island Rail Road station, along Trolley Line Road, and on Locust Avenue.

There is no vendor parking in the Argyle Park parking lot or on any grass area.

Please write your vendor section and space number on a piece of paper and place it on the driver-side dashboard of each vehicle you park near the fairgrounds. Make sure it is clearly visible from outside the vehicle.
