Vendor Applications
We are accepting applications from select vendors selling fine and unique handmade gifts. Space is limited.
Food & Beverage Vendors are by invitation only. Please do not apply without contacting us, as food and beverage vendors are limited and must be accepted prior to applying. If you apply before contacting us, your application will not be accepted, and we will refund your application fee, less a $5.00 processing fee. We do not need any baked goods vendors.
Application, Payment & Review Process
You must submit the online application below. All applications will be thoroughly reviewed, and we reserve the right to accept or refuse any vendor. Space is very limited, and you may not be accepted even if you participated in the past. If you are accepted, we will notify you by email. If you are not accepted, we will refund your fee. We expect to notify all vendors of the status of their applications in November 2025.
IMPORTANT: your application will not be accepted if we don’t have enough information to review. We require photos of your items to be included in the application. If the items in the images don’t match the description of your items, your application will not be accepted.
Location Requests
Due to space constraints, we cannot take or accommodate location requests for this event.
