The original fair date was Sunday, September 7, 2025.

Due to wet weather on September 7, the fair was postponed to Sunday, September 14, 2025.  

There is no other rate date.

Rain Date Policy – 

All vendors agreed to this policy when they applied; there are no exceptions.

Refunds or future credits will not be issued if the fair is cancelled on the original date (September 7, 2025) due to inclement weather, since there is a scheduled rain date.

In the event of inclement weather on the rain date, September 14, 2025, and the fair is cancelled, we will apply your fee to the 2026 Annual Fair with a guaranteed spot.  If you opt for a refund, you will forfeit 50% of the event fee without a guarantee for the following year.

In the event of a cancellation, we will issue a public notification before 5:00 a.m. on fair day.  The notice may also be given earlier, emailed, and posted on our website and social media sites (Facebook and Instagram).

If the fair is cancelled on September 14, we will contact you with the option of a refund or deferring your fee to 2026.  If you opt for a refund, please allow that transaction to process within 30 days.

We are hopeful the forecast is favorable and the fair will be held as scheduled.
